Charles Mandala is the Director of Advocacy and Knowledge Management in the Local Development Fund (LDF) Technical Support Team (TST) established under the Government of Malawi Ministry of Finance. Prior to this, he served as the Acting Executive Director of the Malawi Social Action Fund (MASAF) Project from 2007-2009 and the head of the LDF from 2009-2010. He is a founding member of the MASAF project.
