Pauline is a Professor of Economics at Ecole Polytechnique-CREST, a Research Affiliate at CEPR and an Associate Editor at Economic Journal. Previously, she was an Assistant then Associate Professor at the University of Amsterdam. She visited the Economic Growth Center at Yale University in the Fall 2019 and the California Center for Population Research at UCLA in the Fall 2023. Her fields of research are Applied Microeconomics, Development Economics and Family Economics. In 2021, she was awarded an ERC Starting grant for her project “Peers and Possible Partners: Exploring the Origins of Population Long-term Equilibria”.
