Nina Roussille is a postdoctoral associate at MIT and will join MIT’s Economics Department as an Assistant Professor in July 2023. She is also the Executive Director of the Hub for Equal Representation at the London School of Economics (LSE). She received her PhD in Economics from UC Berkeley in 2021. Nina’s work focuses on labour, personnel, and gender economics, with a particular interest in the distributional effects of labour market policies.
