Roman Mogilevsky (Ph.D.) is Executive Director and research fellow of CASE Kyrgyzstan. He has been consultant for projects of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNDP and USAID in Central Asia and has for many years been advisor to the government of Kyrgyzstan. Dr. Mogilevsky is member of the Central Asian Studies Society. His recent publications focus on fiscal policy and income distribution in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
