Bazlul Haque Khondker is a Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Dhaka and Chairman of the South Asian Network on Economic Modeling (SANEM). He holds a PhD degree in Economics and MSc degree in Quantitative Development Economics from the University of Warwick, England.
