Julia is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Universidad del Rosario and part of the Founding and Executive Committee of Economics For Evidence. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the Nova School of Business and Economics in June 2019 and completed her postdoctoral training at the University of Chicago and Universidad del CEMA. From 2017 until 2019, she was a Visiting Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley.
