Florian Grosset

    Columbia University

Florian Grosset is a  PhD candidate in Sustainable Development at Columbia University. His work is in development economics, with a focus on labour and the environment. He notably studies the social and environmental drivers of labour supply in lower-income settings, with a combination of field work and applied microeconometric techniques. During his Ph.D., he has served as a J-PAL Graduate Research Transparency Fellow, as a Lead Teaching Fellow at the Columbia Center for Teaching and Learning, and lived for several months in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.
