As the G²LM | LIC Programme concludes in 2026, we are pleased to announce a final conference hosted by the London School of Economics in London from March 25 to 27, 2026.
The event will feature a series of discussion panels on Day 1, followed by presentations from G²LM | LIC-funded grantees and mentees on Days 2 and 3, showcasing their research and contributions.
Keynote addresses will be delivered by:
David Lam (University of Michigan and founding director of G²LM|LIC), “Global Labour Markets and the End of World Population Growth”
Nava Ashraf (LSE), “Female Flourishing and Economic Growth”
The programme will also include a session on “The Way Forward”, with insights from:
Oriana Bandiera (Programme Director G²LM|LIC, LSE and IZA)
Dennis Novy (Chief Economist FCDO)
